- Orders must be paid for in advance, upon placing an order. If you need to make special arrangements for payment please contact us directly.
- We require 2 methods of contact for all orders. Either through social media/email and a valid phone number (preferably one that can text).
- Orders must be confirmed prior to pick up. Customers will be contacted (primarily through email) the day before your selected date to confirm your order pick up and provide pick up instructions.
Pick up Policy
- We are very flexible when scheduling orders for both pick up and delivery. Because of this, we have a strict two strike policy for no-shows or late order pick ups. After two instances of not showing up for a scheduled order pick up or excessive lateness the customer will be restricted to order delivery only (subject to standard delivery fees) for their next order.
- Customers that continue to not show up for scheduled order pick ups will not be permitted to place order pick ups going forward.
If you have a scheduled order pick up and we cannot get a ahold of you AND your order has not been picked up within 24 hours or your original pick up time the order will be considered abandoned. No refund will be provided in the case of abandoned orders.
- If your order has not been started we can provide a refund to your original method of payment. If your order has already been started we are unable to refund payment.
- If you need to cancel an order in advance of your pick up or delivery date, please reach out to us to see if any parts of your order have been started (toppers, treats, etc.)
