Boou Bakery Policies


Orders

- Orders must be paid for in advance upon placing an order. If you need to make special arrangements for payment please contact us directly.

- We require 2 methods of contact for all orders. Either through social media/email and a valid phone number, preferably one that can text.

- Orders must be confirmed prior to pick up. Customers will be contacted by email the day before your selected date to confirm your order. At this time we will provide pick up details. Treat Tuesday orders do not require confirmation and will be delivered between 12pm and 8pm on your selected delivery date.

 

Pick up Policy

- We are very flexible when scheduling orders. Because of this, we have a strict two strike policy for no-shows or late order pick ups. After two instances of not showing up for a scheduled order pick up or excessive lateness any new orders will not be accepted.

Abandoned Orders:

If you have a scheduled order pick up and your order has not been picked up within 24 hours or your original pick up time the order will be considered abandoned. 

No refund will be provided in the case of abandoned orders. Products in the order will be discarded.

Refunds

- If your order has not been started we can provide a refund to your original method of payment. If your order has already been started we are unable to refund payment.

- If you need to cancel an order in advance of your date, please reach out to us to see if any parts of your order have been started (toppers, treats, etc.)
