Boou Bakery: Order Policies & Abandoned Orders

We require 2 methods of contact for all orders, a phone number and email are preferred.

Orders must be confirmed prior to pick up. Customers will be contacted by email or phone the day before your selected date to confirm your order pick up.

Orders that have a confirmed pick up date will not be remade if the customer changes their pick up date, or does not show for their pick up date.

Orders that have not been picked up within 24 hours of the confirmed pick up date with no contact from the customer will be considered abandoned. Refunds will NOT be provided for abandoned orders.

Customers who place an order without payment and do not show up for their order pick up will be banned from placing future orders without upfront payment.

Need to cancel an order? As long as your order has not been made yet, full refunds can be provided to the original method of payment. Please call or email to cancel or change your order.

Boou Pet Shop: Refund Policy

Full refunds can be provided within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges can be provided within 30 days of purchase. A receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.

All merchandise must be in original condition with all original tags and/or packaging. Products must be unworn, unopened and/or unused. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on open bags of kibble or opened food of any kind. All Boou Bakery food sales are nonrefundable.

Custom order products such as cakes and toppers cannot be refunded once made.

Digital receipts are kept on file and can be accessed in-store by providing the purchase date.
