Birthday cakes must be ordered online, we do NOT stock cakes in our pet shop. Because of the natural ingredients in our products we make everything fresh to order so it looks and tastes its best.

Order slots are opened several months at a time so you can book your cake weeks or months in advance. We recommend ordering about a week in advance, but can often times take orders with 1 or 2 days notice. Availability for short notice cakes depends on how many orders we have already booked. To view what dates are available simply add a birthday cake to your shopping cart and open the calendar tool.

Holidays and weekends book up quickly! To ensure you get the date you're looking for we recommend placing your order as soon as you know your date.

Birthday cake slots run from Tuesday through Saturday. Our shop is closed on Mondays.

No, cupcakes are available daily in our pet shop. Stop by any time and grab one or a dozen. We keep a mix of flavours available throughout the day.

If you're looking for specific flavours or a larger quantity, cupcake orders can be placed ahead of time on our website the same as our birthday cakes.
