Order Pick Up
Pick up your order from our pet shop in CBS. Select "Order Pick up" in cart to choose your 1-hour pick up window.
Treat Tuesday Delivery
We offer free delivery every two weeks around the St. John's metro area. The order cut off is the Sunday before each week at 8pm. Birthday cakes are not eligible for Treat Tuesday delivery.
We offer free doorstep delivery every second Tuesday. Deliveries are drop-and-go (no need to be home) between 12-8pm. Select "Treat Tuesday" in-cart and choose from our upcoming free delivery dates. Our delivery area includes:
- St. John's
- Mount Pearl & Goulds
- Paradise
- Conception Bay South
- Portugal Cove St. Phillip's
Addresses outside this delivery area are NOT eligible for Treat Tuesday delivery. Alternatively, please select "Order Pick up" in cart and select a pick up time for in-store pick up instead.
Orders for addresses outside of our delivery area will be automatically refunded.
We are unable to ship our Boou Bakery treats because of their perishable nature. We do not currently offer shipping on our other pet shop products.
Shop and store
Find us in Manuels, Conception Bay South at 119 Conception Bay Highway. We are a few seconds drive past Manuels River and Berg's Ice Cream, located in the same building as Peter's Pizza.
No, we have a selection of products in store for both cats and dogs. Our bakery is just for pets though; We don't make any products for human consumption. Although some of it looks good enough to eat yourself!
Urban Market 1919 in St. John's carries a selection of our products in-store including cupcakes, baked treats, chews and ice cream. Please contact Urban Market directly for their current inventory.
Sweet Rock Ice Cream locations across the province carry our pet ice cream in several flavours on a seasonal basis.
Cakes and birthdays
We require a minimum of 1 day notice. Cakes are made fresh and should be ordered for pick up the day your pup will be celebrating. We open our order books several months at a time and recommend booking your pet's birthday order as soon as your date opens up. Our up-to-date order availability can be viewed by selecting "Order Pick up" in cart. For last minute orders please call 709-834-2668.

Please email info@booubakery.ca with specific details of what you're looking for ahead of your order date, including any pictures. We do not use sugar, fondants, excessive food colouring or unhealthy ingredients in any of our products. If the design is something we feel we can execute while still abiding by our "good food for pets" motto we're all for it!
Yes! Individual cupcakes can be purchased in-store only. Cupcakes can be ordered on our website in packs only.
How should I store my Boou Bakery treats?
Our products are made fresh without additives or preservatives and must be handled and stored like real food. Storage instructions for each product is included on the package directions and product listings:
Baked Treats & Extras
Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months
Chews & Jerky
Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture for several weeks
Cakes & Cupcakes
Refrigerate in an airtight container for 3-5 days or slice and freeze leftovers for up to 2 months
Birthday cakes look and photograph best the day they're made. We recommend taking any birthday pictures on the day of your cake order.
Food and allergies
We use a dog-safe alternative to chocolate called carob. Chocolate is toxic to all pets and should never be fed to them.
Detailed ingredient lists are available in store on all our physical products. We do not publish our ingredient lists online. Please reach out to info@booubakery.ca for assistance or product recommendations if your dog has an ingredient intolerance or specific dietary restriction.
Both our facility and products contain common allergens such as wheat, grains, poultry, eggs and peanuts. We cannot guarantee our products are "free of" any specific ingredients due to potential cross-contamination.
